Laser Rail Profiler
Andian’s premier solution for track geometry acquisition, the Laser Profiler, is available in two configurations: modular and independent.
The modular system features a separate electrical enclosure with integrated inertial sensors, mounted inside the vehicle. This design enables seamless integration with additional Andian equipment for expanded capabilities.
The independent system, on the other hand, houses all inertial sensors within the laser unit itself. Requiring only a standard hitch receiver and connector, it operates without any permanent installation—offering unmatched flexibility and rapid deployment.

Andian Technologies now offers a cutting-edge imaging system that delivers high-resolution, real-time rail visuals from both the gauge and field-side perspectives. This system ensures that track inspectors have a comprehensive view, enabling them to identify potential hazards quickly and accurately.
Designed for flexibility, the system can operate in tandem with other Andian equipment. It automatically detects and highlights joint bars, broken joints, missing fasteners, broken clips, and loose spikes in real time—enabling track inspectors to perform continuous, high-speed inspections without interruption.
